DISCOVERY OF NUCLEUS

Hit a stream of special type of particles on a thin Gold foil.
Conclusion: Atom has two portions. Tiny central portion called Nucleus. Large area surrounding this called Extra Nuclear Portion.
Almost all the mass of an atom is concentrated in the nucleus because Proton, Neutron are present in it.
Strong Nuclear Force held these two particles together.
