LignoAlp è stata coinvolta in un importante intervento di riqualificazione integrale in Lombardia, il riuso del centro commerciale My Lodi che prevede la riqualificazione generale con parziale demolizione dell’esistente e la realizzazione di un nuovo corpo di fabbrica di 6 piani fuori terra. Il committente è Zucchetti SpA, importante Software house; l’intervento è stato progettato da Lombardini22. Grazie all'utilizzo di legno strutturale il nuovo edificio "Stecca" diventa un serbatoio di 1.600 tonnellate di CO2.

Gemäß der Devise "Umbau vor Neubau" entstehen in der lombardischen Stadt Lodi Büros für das Softwarehouse Zucchetti. Das Mailänder Architekturbüro Lombardini22 plante die Wiedergewinnung und Erweiterung eines brachliegenden Einkaufszentrum. LignoAlp realisierte den Holzbau für einen 6-stöckigen Büroturm. Dank der Verwendung von Brettsperrholz und Brettschichtholz für die tragende Struktur wird der neue Gebäudeteil zu einem Reservoir, in dem 1.600 Tonnen Kohlendioxid dauerhaft gespeichert sind.

In accordance with the principle of ‘renovation before new construction’, offices for the Zucchetti software house are being built in the Lombardy town of Lodi. The Milan-based architecture firm Lombardini22 planned the regeneration and expansion of a derelict shopping centre. LignoAlp realised the timber construction for a 6-storey office tower. Thanks to the use of cross-laminated timber and glulam for the load-bearing structure, the new part of the building will become a reservoir in which 1,600 tonnes of carbon dioxide are permanently stored.
