Pink Lemonade Blueberry Mash Recipe
½ cup frozen or fresh blueberries
2 tbsp unfiltered, local honey
1 bunch fresh mint (optional)
16 oz seltzer water
2 scoops Hydrate Raspberry Lemonade
1 whole lemon
Ice
Directions:
Muddle blueberries, honey, and mint in a glass. Add seltzer water + Hydrate powder, stir, and finish with lemon + ice. Sip, refresh, and enjoy!
