Linda and Gary, passionate about running a pub, took on The Queens Arms in Bakewell back in 2005. Since then they have invested over £170,000 of their own money in the pub.
They have built up the business from its original near-derelict, run down state. However, Marston's feel that they haven't quite invested enough and after a schedule of dilapidations notice was served on them, they turned to us for help.
