Never heard about it until yesterday when I met Marie The Sea Gardener at the Copper Coast Geopark.
Marie introduced me to the colourful and tasty world of cooking with seaweed. 😋
Did you know seaweed is making its way back into our diet because it's so rich in proteins, vitamins and minerals. I had no idea... 😅
We went foraging at the beach and had a lovely picnic after as you can see in the video.
From there I made my way to medieval Dunhill castle which was the endpoint of my Destination Challenges in #Ireland. 🍀
Such an amazing 5 days it's been! Definitely watch the video until the end since I put up a little performance for you. 😊
