The police drive up to my client as he's stopped at his apartment complex gate with their lights on. Within 2 minutes my client is face down on the pavement.

The police say he was so drunk he didn't understand.
My Response - He's Not Fluent in English! Sure he can understand - but it requires time for him to process information. What do you think?
