The Ocelot Stromburg is a Sports Classic car released in the Doomsday Heist Update for GTA Online, which has the unique ability of being able to change into a "Submarine Mode", which changes over the components that the car uses to drive for parts that would be typically used by a submarine. The car is able to change modes freely, whether on land, in water, or even in mid-air. It also comes equipped with powerful dual machine guns, homing missiles, and torpedo's.
There was no gameplay of customisation as it would be pointless, because there's nothing you can add-on to this that makes it any more effective other than armor and performance upgrades.
