We caught this crazy looking fish while fishing for sand dabs in about 200 feet. Later we saw it at the Monterey Aquarium and found out it is called a Sarcastic Fringehead Fish which according to Google:
"The sarcastic fringehead is a tube blenny, so called because they live in burrows or tube-like structures created by other animals. In the case of this species, the shelters are those created by burrowing clams or by empty snail shells."
