Описание: Im Sommer dieses Jahres ging es endlich zurück nach Italien – zurück ins verlorene Paradies. Leider hatten wir nur ein paar Tage Zeit, konnten deshalb auch nicht so weit ins Landesinnere fahren, ABER ich denke wir haben dennoch das Beste daraus gemacht und einige großartige verlorene Orte „mit nach Hause“ gebracht.

Dieses Video der diesjährigen Italien-Reise bildet den kompletten ersten Tag ab und zeigt euch was wir so alles erlebt haben – Tops und Flops. Unter anderem besuchen wir ein seit Jahrzehnten leerstehendes Sanatorium, in dem Kinder mit Atemwegserkrankungen behandelt wurden. Beeindruckend sind hier vor allem der natürliche Verfall und die Art und Weise, wie die Natur sich das Gebäude immer weiter zurückerobert. Aus anfänglicher Skepsis wurde bei mir irgendwann richtige Begeisterung. Das sogenannte Red Cross Hospital ist ein echter Italien-Urbex-Klassiker und es hat uns definitiv NICHT enttäuscht …

In the summer of this year we finally went back to Italy - back to paradise lost. Unfortunately we only had a few days so we couldn't go that far inland, BUT I think we made the best of it and brought some great lost places "home" with us.

This video of this year's trip to Italy depicts the entire first day and shows you what we have experienced - tops and flops. Among other things, we visit a sanatorium that has been vacant for decades and where children with respiratory diseases were treated. What is particularly impressive here is the natural decay and the way in which nature continues to recapture the building. My initial skepticism eventually turned into real enthusiasm. The so-called Red Cross Hospital is a real Italy Urbex classic and it definitely did NOT disappoint ...
