Hello, this is my Recitation Channel. In this video I try to recite the poem 'Pujarini' by the famous poet Rabindranath Tagore. The poem describes a story about a Court Dancer Srimati who sacrificed her life for Buddhism during the reign of king Ajatashatru who was the son of king Bimbisara. His father was a worshiper of Buddhism But he was worshiped of Hinduism and wanted to evacuate Buddhism forever. Being a worshiper of Buddhism Srimati was killed and this sacrifice for her own religion was unforgettable. You can also learn how to recite the poem. Hope you like it & you will be with me.
