Описание: Now that we have multiple effective treatments for NMOSD, early diagnosis is more important than ever. Can we distinguish NMOSD from other conditions, such as MS or MOGAD, the FIRST time someone experiences visual or neurological symptoms?

We were joined by Dr. Robert Shin, neuro-ophthalmologist at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital, who answered questions in real time about the importance of initial symptoms.
