Gobi paratha (cauliflower paratha) is a paratha having delicious stuffing of gobi and it tastes different when compared to other paratha recipe.

Ingredients:
Grated Gobi - 1 cup
Mutter - 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Salt - As per your taste
Green chilli - 1 tsp
Butter - 2 tsp
Chilli powder - As per taste
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Fresh coriander
Amchur powder - 1/2 tsp
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Oil - 2 tsp
Preparation:
1. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, cauliflower, green peas, red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, amchur powder and salt. Mix well and saute them for 3 to 5 mnts. The stuffing is ready.
2. Make small portions of the mixture to stuff them in the paratha dough.
3. Take a bowl and add wheat flour, little salt, oil and make the soft dough and kept it aside for 5 min.
4. Now take a small portion of dough and spread it on your palm keeping the center thick and the edges thin and stuff the mixture inside and close the round edges.
5. Roll them little thick and transfer onto tawa and cook the paratha with little oil or butter or ghee on both sides.
6. Serve it hot with chutney, pickle or sauce.
