35 ans Interreg au Luxembourg - construisons des ponts avec SNHBM et GreENEFF

Описание: Le projet GReENEFF a analysé les possibilités du logement abordable en connexion avec la construction eco- et socio-responsable tout en respectant le facteur humain du logement. Des analyses du marché « Power-to-gas » (2016-2022) faisaient ainsi partie du projet de même que des concepts énergétiques alternatives pour le secteur de la construction. Le projet a exploité les possibilités des différentes techniques, comme les toitures végétalisées, la construction bois ou encore le chauffage local à froid. Un réseau d’échange a donc été créée avec succès pour faciliter le transfert des expériences et bonnes pratiques sur le territoire de l’ensemble de la Grande Région.
Cependant, le projet n’est pas resté entièrement théorétique : Au Luxembourg, des parties du quartier « Elmen », réalisé par le SNHBM,promoteur public, ont été construites en respectant les aspects analysés dans le projet, faisant directement le lien entre les bonnes pratiques transfrontalières partagées et le secteur sur le terrain. Le projet est donc un exemple bonne pratique en matière de transférabilité et d’impact concret à l’aide d’Interreg.

Das Projekt GReENEFF analysierte die Möglichkeiten von bezahlbarem Wohnraum in Verbindung mit öko- und sozialverantwortlichem Bauen unter gleichzeitiger Berücksichtigung des menschlichen Faktors des Wohnens. Marktanalysen zum Thema „Power-to-Gas“ (2019–2023) waren ebenso Bestandteil des Projekts wie die Entwicklung von alternativen Energiekonzepten für den Bausektor. Das Projekt untersuchte die Potenziale verschiedener Techniken, wie begrünte Dächer, Holzbau oder kalte Nahwärmesysteme. Es entstand ein sehr erfolgreiches Austauschnetzwerk, das das Teilen von guten Beispielen und von praktischen Erfahrungen in der gesamten Großregion möglich gemacht hat.
Das Projekt blieb jedoch nicht rein theoretisch: In Luxemburg wurden Teile des Wohnviertels „Elmen“, realisiert vom SNHBM, öffentlicher Wohnungsbauträger, unter Berücksichtigung der im Projekt analysierten Aspekte realisiert, wodurch eine direkte Verbindung zwischen dem grenzüberschreitenden Austausch von Good Practices und der praktischen Umsetzung vor Ort hergestellt wurde. Das Projekt stellt somit ein Beispiel guter Praxis in Bezug auf Übertragbarkeit und konkreten Einfluss mit Unterstützung von Interreg dar.

The GReENEFF project analysed the potential of affordable housing in connection with eco- and socially responsible construction, while respecting the human dimension of housing. Market analyses on power-to-gas (2019–2023) were part of the project, alongside alternative energy concepts for the construction sector. The project explored the potential of various techniques, such as green roofs, timber construction and low-temperature local heating systems. A very successful exchange network was established, enabling the sharing of good practices and practical experiences across the entire Greater Region.
However, the project did not remain purely theoretical. In Luxembourg, parts of the “Elmen” district, implemented by SNHBM, public promoter, were developed in line with the aspects analysed within the project, directly linking the exchange of cross-border good practices with practical implementation on the ground. The project therefore represents a good practice example in terms of transferability and concrete impact, supported by Interreg.
