Some of the exercises may not be suitable for all disabilities & injuries. If some are difficult just look back at my previous videos and adapt the workout to your needs. Make sure you are medically fit to do the workout & you’ve got a bottle of water near you

The workout consists of 6 exercises. 1 chest, 1 back, 1 shoulder, 1 bicep, 1 tricep, ending with a core exercise. 5sets x 12reps each exercise. 30 seconds rest in between each set. Each rep is nicely slow & controlled. Feel that burn 🔥

1. Incline Chest Press
2. Bent over rows (single or both arms)
3. Shoulder Side Raises
4. Bicep Curls
5. Single Tricep kick Backs
6. Core Woodchops
