Trust with team members is built over time with EACH team members taking responsibility for themselves and being accountable for their actions and contributions to the team.

This is when you walk your talk. Say what you do and do what you say.
As trust is built between team members, each person becomes more engaged in their job and their relationships with the colleagues.

They are excited to come to work.
They are excited to see their team members and connect with them to serve their clients.
They feel safe sharing what is important to them.
They feel safe knowing that their voice is being heard.
They listen deeper to their own inner wisdom.
They listen deeper to each other.

Conscious Team Connection is an experiential learning program that I have been facilitating for over a decade to teams from so many organizations.

What is really cool is that as I connect deeply with the participants in the program and facilitate from my heart, human energy takes over.

Connections are made between team members, trust is built, and then deep listening and empathy solidify and strengthen the relationship between colleagues.

This learning strengthens the the BEING of each team member, their inner world.

Then the team can consciously focus on the DOING of their work, their outer world.

Ultimately, team members are able to share an elevated sense of respect. Creative thinking and productivity flourish because there is so much more incentive to perform!
