This weeks vlog is short and sweet! I do a weekly food shop showing all the kinds of food I buy now after my diagnosis. There is a little storm in the UK that I for some reason went out in 🤦🏾‍♀️ and I have a chilled end to the week with a little anime and yummy salad!
