The journey towards this scenically blessed hill station Bindu is an unforgettable experience in itself. Bindu is the last village on the Indian side bordering Bhutan. It is known for its landscape with Jaldhaka River, Hills and Forests.
There are many tourist interest points in and around Bindu which may hype the interest of tourist visiting Bindu like Bindu Dam on the river Jaldhaka between India and Bhutan is one of the famous attractions of Bindu.
River Jaldhaka is created by the conjunction of three rivers which meets at Bindu. The three river being Bindu Khola, Dudh Pokhri and Jaldhaka that originates from the Kupup lake, a small glacial lake in Sikkim.
The main purpose of the construction of Bindu dam was to control the supply of water to the Jaldhaka Hydel Project at Jhalong.
The dam offers panoramic view of the gushing river and hills surroundings Bindu.
However, one can cross the dam only by foot.

শিলিগুড়ি থেকে 107 km, ভুটান এবং ভারতের পব্ত দ্বারা ঘেরা পশ্চিমবঙ্গের এই 2000 ft উচ্চতার দশ্ ণীয় স্থানটি জলঢাকা নদীর দ্বারা প্লাবিত । নদী এবং হিলের অভাবনীয় দ্দৃশ‍্য ডুয়ার্সের এই স্থানটি প্রক্ তি প্রেমী পযটকদের কাছে একটি প্রিয় অফবিট ডেস্টিনেসান ।হিমালয়ের পাদদেশে অবস্থিত এটি বিখ্যাত কারডামম প্ল্যানটেশান ।
ভ্রমণের পথে চাপড়ামারী ঘন জঙ্গল ও বাইসন,হাতি অবলোকন করাযাবে। পথে উপভোগ করা যাবে গৈরিবাস ডায়াসকোরিয়া, বোটানিক্যাল এবং মেডিসিনাল প্ল‍্যান্ট, ভারতের এবংভুটানের মাঝে জলঢাকার উপর বিন্দু ড‍্যাম, বিখ্যাত আকর্ষণ। বিন্দুতে ‌তিনটি নদী বিন্দু খোলা, দুধ পোখরী, এবং জলঢাকার মিলিত প্রবাহে গঠিত বিন্দু ড‍্যাম পয্টকদের সবচেয়ে প্রিয় আকষর্ণীয় । বিন্দু থেকে 15 km দূরে গোদাখ গ্ৰামটি পযটকদের একটি দশণীয় স্থান ।সবসময় এর সিজেনটাইম হলেও নভেম্বর থেকে ফেব্রুয়ারি হল সবচেয়ে ভালো সময়।
