Today's video is a look into a typical mid week evening routine. These are my daily evening tasks that form part of my cleaning schedule and help me keep on top of the housework.

2 Chicken Breasts/ 4 Thigh Fillets (diced)
2 Onions (chopped)
1 inch piece Ginger (chopped)
2 Garlic cloves (crushed)
400ml Chicken Stock
½ cup Frozen Peas
2 tbsp Olive Oil/Low Calorie Spray
3 tbsp Plain Flour
