Getting Steiger 1700 sn 124b out for some fresh air
I am researching the early Steigers built on the farm near Red Lake Falls, MN. There were 139 tractors (including log skidders) built in the Barn before the company was moved to Fargo ND. I have found well over 100 of these early Steigers and I need your help to locate the last remaining tractors. I am writing a book that covers the Barn Series Steigers and tells their stories. The Barn built Steigers include these models. NO.1, 105, 1250, 1700, 2200, 3300, 850 logger, 1250 logger, 1300 prototype, 2250 prototype, and the very first Wildcat.
