Europe Capped Chinese Hybrids at 350,000, Yet 800,000 Are Coming

Описание: Eight hundred thousand Chinese hybrids are already headed for the docks, and the new cap covers barely half of them.

The four-year deal was signed in Beijing on October ninth and confirmed by the European Commission on the twelfth. It takes effect in December under WTO safeguard rules, so Brussels can impose it without an anti-dumping investigation. Cars above the quota are not tariffed at all, they simply wait at European ports.
