The High Museum of Art provides engaging Art After School activities and free admission for students throughout Metro Atlanta. Removing economic barriers that typically prevent students from visiting the museum makes the wonder of art and the joy of creativity accessible. In 2018, the High partnered with Global Village Project, a special purpose middle school serving refugee students from Clarkston, Georgia to bring Art After School to their students. Art After School activities offers young people the tools to express themselves creatively and opportunities to learn about art from around the world.
