कढईची तयारी (Preparation of the Kadhai):
कढई चांगली घासून घ्यावी (Clean the kadhai thoroughly).
गॅसवर तापत ठेवा (Place it on the gas stove for heating).
दहा मिनिटे चांगले तापून घ्या (Let it heat for ten minutes).
तपासणी (Checking if the Kadhai is Hot Enough):
Tin कढईवर ठेवून बघा (Place the tin on the kadhai to check if it's hot).
Tin कढईवर फिरवून घ्या (Rotate the tin on the kadhai).
प्रक्रियेचे पावले (Steps of the Process):
अमोनियम क्लोराइड टाका (Add ammonium chloride).
हायरप्रूफ कॉटन फिरवून घ्या (Rotate the fireproof cotton around).
Tin वितळले की समजा कढई तापली आहे (If the tin melts, the kadhai is hot enough).
लगेच पाण्याखाली ठेवा (Immediately place it under running water).
कढईमध्ये पाणी टाका (Pour water into the kadhai)
