The Slaw's anniversary day out in the Cotswolds

Описание: The Slaws stay on the Caravan and Motorhome Club site in Burford in the Cotswolds next to the Cotswolds Wildlife Park in their Hobby Motorhome Helga. Very strange noises are heard from next door!

The Slaws are celebrating their 32nd wedding anniversary and enjoy a day out on their Raleigh ebikes with their Lhasa Apso dogs Billy and Jessie.
First stop is the village of Shilton, where Mrs Slaw takes her bike through the ford, rather unsuccessfully, and ends up with a wet foot for the rest of the day 🤦🏻‍♀️
The cycle ride takes them through picturesque villages and they end up in Bibury (which Mrs Slaw pronounces very incorrectly!) The Slaws visit Arlington Row; a stunning row of period cottages and Jessie has a little dip in the stream!
Billy is commandeered to be guest of honour at a lovely couple's wedding photoshoot and doesn't want to return to trudging the pavements after being in the arms of the delightful bride!
The Slaws look for somewhere to lunch and discount the Trout Farm due to the apparent lack of alcohol. 🙄 They frequent the Swan Hotel Bibury instead and enjoy a fine charcuterie board. Mrs Slaw is very taken with the attentive staff!
Soon it is time to wend their way back through the Cotswolds lanes and they call at the Victoria in Eastleach for a refresher on the way back to the campsite. The day is finished with an anniversary meal at the Inn for all seasons at Burford.
