Famous Aslam Tandoori Butter Chicken at Jama Masjid | Jama Masjid Street Food

Описание: Aslam's Chicken - A well-known outlet of Old Delhi famous for its lip-smacking and unique version of Tandoori Butter Chicken.

Aslam bhai has found his way of presenting a dish that is neither a tandoori chicken nor the butter chicken. The first step in the making of Aslam Chicken is to cook those marinated chicken pieces on a large size grill that is placed exactly at the entrance of the shop. While the chicken is being grilled, huge 500-gram slabs of butter are heated in a pan which is then poured upon the grilled chicken to give it a mouthwatering buttery flavour.

It is claimed that Aslam was inspired by this method of cooking from Pakistan and now it is served and dearly loved on the streets of Jama Masjid.
