What Will Peach and Bowser's Role be in Mario and Luigi: Brothership?

We have not seen much of what Peach and Bowser will do in Mario and Luigi: Brothership but the official Nintendo website does let us know that they will be playing supportive roles within the game. While this doesn’t confirm that they are playable I think there are some aspects of the trailer and Mario and Luigi’s past that makes it likely they will be playable characters within this game.
