700g of chicken wings
1 Teaspoon minced garlic
1 Teaspoon minced ginger
2 Tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 Tablespoon corn starch
1 Teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1 egg white
white pepper (to taste)
For tossing:
Olive oil (any oil of choice)
chopped garlic
chopped chilli
chopped onion
salt to taste
