The entrance alone is wild — a basement-style door tucked into a sloped building. Inside, it’s like you’ve time-traveled to the 1920s. The Texas wiener is the star here: a short, chubby hotdog sliced in half and stacked with spicy mustard, chopped onions, and Coney Island’s famous chili sauce on a bakery roll.

We also tried the Texas hamburger, which comes loaded with all the same toppings as the wiener — and it might be even better. On the side, we grabbed a basket of garlic truffle fries, just one of 11 unique fry options on the menu.

Before leaving, we signed their guest book and placed a pin on their world map — a tradition for visitors from all over the globe.
