This build isn't using any DLC 1, Moxxi's Heist of the Handsome Jackpot, items so it's a better chance you have these items from previously in the game. This build focuses around rocket launcher and using the lump with a very synergized talent setup, instead of needing all the best anointed legendary rolls.
