Maybe we focus too much on farming Omega and his savage version, until we forgot that's new 9-Stars event quest for farming talisman. Poor Tempered Blangonga.
Actually, we don't need to do this quest. But I tried to do this 'cause I don't want to waste my investigations and I still need to complete five of 9-Stars quest for weekly bounty. So I choose this free quest and found out that he is not easy at all. He got one-shot move that can instantly kill you. Most of all, his backstep and his mobility are very annoying.
I must admit, I have to use Fire Element Phial CB to get to my target Sub4. (got about 4'11 mins for Impact build) Trust me, if you want something to have fun with, this is the quest for you.
