This is one of our biggest updates yet — we’ve completely overhauled how retail products, inventory, and orders are tracked to make your experience faster, cleaner, and more accurate than ever.

Here’s what’s new 👇

Accurate Inventory Tracking: We’ve retired “Qty on Hand” in favor of Live Qty, which automatically accounts for refunds and adjustments.

Products Page Refresh: Choose between list or grid view, archive products, and enjoy larger, clearer product images for client-facing displays.

Simplified Inventory Management: Add inventory directly from a new drawer interface, apply uniform quantity and cost, and manage product variants with ease.

Improved Product Orders: Cleaner order views, edit drawers for transparency, and easy visibility into what was added, when, and by whom.

We’ll be updating all help articles today and tomorrow, but feel free to explore and share feedback — this update marks a major step toward smarter, simpler inventory management.
