Even though it can never replace a proper outdoor electric wheelchair, it has a very effective little spring suspension system on the front casters which allows it to easily cross over door railings and concrete lips of up to 2 cm high, and even more if you weigh less than my 125 kg or 275 L... and yes I am trying to lose some weight.

Nevertheless, should you come across a gutter or a lip that is to high, you can simply reverse over these obstacles, and the sliding anti-tip wheels will prevent you from falling over backwards when you encounter these little hurdles, but please be careful not to attempt anything too extreme without a helper or caregiver guiding the wheelchair when you first try any new obstacle. You can also go up steep inclines of 8° and up to 15° should you have someone to guide you and walk behind you to make sure it is safe the first time around.
