I Tried Tweaking Mono-White Aggro… Here’s Why I’d Stick to the Original | MTGA Unedited Games

Today, I’m back on Mono-White Aggro, but this time I’m testing another variation of the deck to see if a few tweaks can improve performance—or if they end up holding it back.

In this build, I’m running two copies each of Lightstall Inquisitor and Veteran Survivor, and at one point I even slotted in Restoration Magic to help protect any permanent. While I don’t really get to make full use of it during these matches, I still like the idea of having that extra layer of protection available.

That said… I try hard with this one, but the results don’t lie. I finish the run at 7–9, and honestly, I’d recommend sticking with the more standard Mono-White Aggro version I’ve posted before. Sometimes experimentation pays off—and sometimes it teaches you what not to change.
