Here are the ingredients:
Chicken(cut into small pieces)
Potatoes (cut in quarters)
Bell pepper ( green, red )
Garlic, onions and ginger
Curry powder
Coconut milk (no exact amount, it will depends on you guys)
Bay leaf(dahon ng laurel)
Fish sauce to taste
Canola oil(that's what I have)
Ground black pepper
