Though demand is generally strong in Magnolia County, development has slowed to a glacial pace in Paradise Bay and its developer, Sheila Johnson, has a plan to change that. She plans to design and build a neighborhood based on the principals of New Urbanism, and it'll be a neighborhood like no other in the county.

The neighborhood will be focused on walkability first, contain a strong mix of uses, and a diverse housing stock that will facilitate people of all ages and income levels living in the neighborhood.

So in this video, we'll build this neighborhood, including custom parks, a custom apartment complex, a town center, and single family homes with traditional architecture. This is a slower paced, but highly detailed episode. Enjoy!
