Purple Haze

Описание: Inspired by Jimi Hendrix and my man David Garibaldi, this is a suddle twist on a classic Old Fashioned.

In a Mixing Glass...
Add:

1 sugar Cube
1/2 Tsp of Brown Sugar
3 Dashes of Angostura Aromatic Bitters
3 Dashes of Angostura Orange Bitters
3 Dashes Scrappy's Lavender Bitters
Splash of Water

Let sit for 30-60 sec them muddle the sugar cube into a paste.

Add:

1 1/2oz Bourbon (Jefferson or High West taste great in this)
1oz Empress 1908 Butterfly Pea Blossom Gin

Add:
Cubed Ice and Stir for 30-40 sec.

***********************************************

Using a Julep Strainer
Strain over Large Cube of Ice in a Rockas Glass.

***********************************************

Garnish:

Use an Orange Rind, Squeeze the oils out over the drink.
Twist the Rind around a Leaf of Basil and add a Lavender Spear.
