What I wish I would have known before starting digital products on Etsy

I’ve got over 10K sales on Etsy and here’s what I wish I would have known:
1 - Niche matters; especially if you’re only focused on getting traffic from Etsy (do the research is a must!)
2- Test multiple listing photos for the same product - sometimes the listing photo is the difference between a loser listing & a wining one.
3- You can get lots of sales without any reviews - I hear a lot of people worried about not having reviews but in one of my shops I didn’t get my first review for 3 months and I was still getting sales every day.
4- Trending products change - demand can change at anytime so if your product stops performing it could just be that the demand shifted - not that your product sucks.
5 - SEO research does make a massive difference and its worth investing in a month of an SEO research tool when you’re first getting started. I tried to dance around this at first but just do it its worth it.
