A US Treasury agent exposes the corrupt schemes of his colleagues involved in the illegal arms trade. Betrayed by the system, he is forced to flee and accidentally saves the life of a Greek mobster, becoming a target for government agents. Ironically, it is the mafia that provides him with shelter.
