Disaster of a product - so many things wrong

Описание: Not the most dangerous product I've taken apart, but one that is much more likely to be in common use, thanks to extreme promotion on marketing sites.

Where do I even start with this?

Totally non-compliant plug with no fuse.
Copper coated aluminium flex.
Completely metal-free earth/ground wire.
Random polarity colour assignment.
What appear to be stainless steel "universal" socket contacts.
All combustible plastic except the (fairly decent) switch.
A USB module that has poor electrical separation.
The "class Y" safety capacitor that didn't safety at all.

This thing is literally a fire and shock showcase of bad design. The only good bit is the power switch, which is made of self extinguishing plastic and has a very firm contact pressure.
