Описание: Our next Life Long Learning Webinar is brought to you by Angelique Vassell in Partnership with the Steve Sinnott Foundation. In this webinar she will explore one of the tools from her Non - Violent Resistance (NVR) approach to create peace. NVR is cleverly transformed from the political stand that Martin Luther King, Mahatma Gandhi and Rosa Parks had demonstrated to bring about change in society to create peace. This method is now used within families and communities to strengthen and rebuild relationships, introduced by Professor by Haim Omer in a ground breaking book called Non-Violent Resistance (2004).

Angelique set up her own Community Interest Company called WalkwithMeUK where she offers support and guidance to parents, carers and guardians who have children presenting challenging and difficult behaviours to strengthen and rebuild family relationships. She has extensive experience in facilitating, co-facilitating, co-ordinating many professional training and parent groups as well as public speaking at conferences in the UK and Overseas. In 2018 Angelique won a Lifetime Achievement Community Award for making a difference within communities, she is a true believer that there's is a solution for everything.
