Balancing The First Descendant

Описание: Are the Charecters in the First Descendant equally balanced now? We tested all of the changes and go over them as well as our observations during testing. This balancing patch was effective for most descendants bringing them to a relevent level of damage and speed for mobbing on 400% missions. This is a review of Patch The First Descendant Hotfix 1.2.13 where they have made a first pass at balancing changes for most of the descendants and worked on the Inez Nerf as well.
