Anxiety and fear can sometimes seem to control our lives. I have learned that the only way to overcome fear is to go THROUGH it! This may seem scary and even impossible but I'm learning that is the only way to grow. overcoming your fears is an ongoing journey that takes time so be easy on yourself!
