Woke up feeling good again - peaceful morning, black coffee, crushed my workout (Day 2 of Heather Robertson's Daily 10!), chia pudding for breakfast. Smooth start. Worked, then around 5pm got REALLY hungry. Made avocado toast with half-fried eggs on top. Here's the thing: last time I tried this combo I hated it. Like genuinely didn't enjoy it. But today I was hungry and wanted to give it another shot. IT WAS 20/10. Too good. I don't know what I did differently (maybe the eggs were cooked better?) or if my taste buds just evolved, but this time? Perfect. 🤌 Had a plum on the side. Late dinner was curd rice + protein shake. Another good, satisfying day. Sometimes giving foods a second chance pays off! 💛

Why I weigh myself daily?
To stay accountable and mindful, not obsessed. It's a check-in with myself - am I listening to my body? Honoring my hunger? The number is just data, just feedback. It helps me notice patterns, see what makes me feel good, and stay present. It's a tool, not a judgment. I'm here to feel better, move more, eat foods I love, and build habits that last. The scale keeps me honest without controlling me.
