UPDATE!
Yeah, I should have posted this update a while ago, but I didn't :S
Well, we're still tryna figure out if it's possible to get the event to activate inside the Inn, although, we've pretty much already figured out it isn't.
I did manage to make a hypothetical entrance into the Void of the Inn, and well maybe tweaking can get us into the solid Inn itself, however it all seems for naught right now. The way to get into the Void without AR or WTW requires just one 65k trip to FakeSinnoh, as apposed to the longer method, so in actuality, if we could somehow get the event to activate, you've got yourself a Darkrai in roughly the amount of time it takes to get Shaymin.
So Auburn made a video showing how to get into the Inn's Void, you can try it out if you're bored or something lol.
