Описание: Peter is a nationally recognized school principal and in this talk he reflects on his time in education, from the days of pencil and paper to the modern technological advancements that are quickly changing the educational landscape. He reminds us that while we don't need to be experts in technology to bring it into classrooms, we do need to embrace it for the betterment of today's students and that at the core of learning is still the need to foster relationships.

Peter was recently selected as one of 40 recipients of The Learning Partnership's "Canada's Outstanding Principal.” He has spoken locally and provincially on a variety of topics including "The Past, Present and Future of Education", "The Connected Leader" and "School Visioning for the 21st Century".

Peter is currently a principal of a K-8 school and has a strong interest in tech-enabled teaching and learning.
