Hi lovely people, come and spend the day with me and I'll even share with you some of the typical meals we eat while on the Carnivore diet. I hope you enjoy watching, or maybe even get inspired by some of these meals!

Directions:
1. Dice uncooked bacon and incorporate into your meat.
2. Roll meat into flat patties (I used 4 oz of meat per patty).
3. Use a round cookie cutter (or other sharp circular tool) to cut out the center of the patty.
4. Heat pan on medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter.
5. Place your patties (including cutouts) on the hot pan & cook until it is golden brown and is crispy
6. Flip the patties & cutouts.
7. Break one egg slowly on the hole & sprinkle salt.
8. Cover and cook throughly
