Part of a 4 part animation series used in training techs when using CommScope’s FOSC 450D ribbon cable system.
I met with product managers and engineers in NC to learn how system works and get “Ideal” training presentation (which I recorded) so that I could replicate in CG.
I also was given some physical products and took reference pics of everything else including tools used in prep and finishing.
I then modeled everything from reference and then animated.
Final animations were used online, in PowerPoint presentations and in Android and iOS custom training apps.
Animations received both Telly and Communicator awards for animation.
