Описание: Linear Technology has designed the LT3088 and LT3089 rugged linear regulators with maximum output currents of 800 milliamps. These have an extended safe operating area with a wide input voltage range of 1.2 volts up to 36 volts. Using a current source reference, these can adjust their output voltages down to 0 volts and the LT3089 can set a current limit with a single resistor. In select packages, the LT3089 can dissipate up to 2 watts in surface mount applications without a heat sink.
