Senior BJD leader Prabhat Biswal has been expelled from Biju Janata Dal (BJD) party in Odisha. It was informed in a letter issued by BJD on Saturday. Pravat Ranjan Biswal, State Council Member of Biju Janata Dal, was expelled from the Party for his indiscipline and anti-party activities with immediate effect – said the letter. Pravat Ranjan Biswal was a MLA from BJD ticket for Cuttack Choudwar. His son, Souvik Biswal, is currently the MLA from Choudwar-Cuttack.
