Peanut Sauce

Dry roasted Peanuts -2 Cups
Dry Roasted seeds-1/2 cup
Tamari Sauce-6 Tbsp (or use soya sauce instead)
salt- as per taste
pepper-1 tsp
dried red chillies-10
water-1 cup
dessicated coconut-1 cup
sugar-1 Tbsp
garlic -10 cloves
ginger-1 inch
Onion-1
Sesame oil-optional

Blend all the above in smooth paste. you can adjust the consistency by adding water. Now add this paste to the noodles.


Strawberry Cottage cheese cake!!!

Cookies base
Almond flour-1/3cup
Oats Flour-1/3 cup
Tapioca Flour-1/3 Cups
butter-1/4 cup
Vanilla Essence-1 Tsp
Mix all. Pat half mixture on tin and bake it 180 C for 12 mins. Cool it and blend and make crumble

Cottage cheese Cake base
Soft Cottage Cheese (Paneer)-1 Cup
Sugar-1/2cup
Full fat milk-500 ml



Blend Cottage cheese and sugar (1/4 cup) into smooth paste mix with cookie mixture and mix with full fat milk. Keep stirring till it thickens and covers the back of spatula.


Strawberry Sauce
fresh Strawberry-1 Cup
sugar-1/4cup
water-1/4cup

boil all together, till it thickens
