Healthy Beans and Turnip Sukkah Recipe @cook with Neelumustaq
Ingredients
Oil – 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
Urad dal – 1 tsp
Garlic – 3 cloves (chopped)
Curry leaves – 1 string
Beans – ¼ kg (chopped)
Turnip – 2 (with flowers, chopped)
Salt – to taste
Grated coconut – 1–2 tbsp
Method
Heat oil in a pan.
Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
Add urad dal and fry till golden.
Add chopped garlic and curry leaves; sauté till aromatic.
Add beans and turnip. Mix well.
Add salt and sprinkle little water if needed.
Cover and cook on low flame till vegetables are soft but not mushy.
Add grated coconut, mix well, and switch off the flame.
Healthy, simple, and tasty sukkah is ready!
